Emaleee was born from the journey of a talented chef who traveled the world, collecting the finest dishes he tasted along the way - from cherished childhood memories to the most far-flung corners of the earth. Every recipe on our menu carries a piece of that journey, gathered with passion and brought home to Siargao.
Our kitchen blends the flavors he fell in love with along the way: bold Iraqi and Syrian spices, comforting Italian classics, vibrant Argentinian influences, and colorful Colombian drinks. Rooted in healthy Mediterranean tradition, we build every dish on olive oil, garlic, fresh chili, and red pepper, finished with the bold spirit of New York in our crispy-crust pizzas.
